Cabana KaiZen is operated by a sole trader registered in Râșcova, Criuleni, Republic of Moldova. The website cabanakaizen.md collects and processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

We collect data you provide directly during the booking process: full name, email address, phone number, stay preferences. We do not collect banking data — payments are processed by authorized operators (Maib, Paynet).
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for: confirming and managing bookings, communicating about your stay (confirmation, reminder, check-in instructions), sending special offers only if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
4. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for 3 years from the stay date in accordance with fiscal obligations. Newsletter contact data is retained until unsubscription. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties.

Our website uses essential cookies (session, language preferences) and anonymised analytics cookies (visitor statistics). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
