1. Introduction

By accessing and using cabanakaizen.md and making a booking, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any reservation.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a 30% advance deposit of the total stay value. Full payment is due upon arrival. Prices are displayed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival — full refund of deposit. Cancellation 3–7 days before — 50% of deposit retained. Cancellation less than 3 days before or no-show — deposit is non-refundable.

4. House Rules

Smoking inside the cabin is prohibited. Pets are welcome with prior notification. Check-in: 15:00–20:00. Check-out: by 12:00. Any damage to property will be charged in full to the guest.

5. Occupancy

The cabin accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding this number without prior owner approval may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cabana KaiZen is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. All amenities (hot tub, BBQ, fireplace) are used by guests at their own risk.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled without penalty. Deposits are retained as vouchers valid for 12 months.
